	All resident licensees with less than 20 years of service are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education biennially, including 3 hours of ethics.Limited subagents need only 10 hours of P/C courses (No Ethics requirement)Continuing education requirements must be completed biennially on or before the last day of the licensee's birth month.Licensees can carryover 50% of required hours. If 24 hours required, they can carryover 12 credits.Credit will not be given for the same Continuing Education Course for a period of (2) years, unless the topic of course is current issues, ethics or legislative updates.Exams must be monitored by a disinterested third party.Course provider is responsible for reporting course completion to the state.
